Tiny Tots

​Ages 3-4 yrs
​This 30 minute class is a great chance for your little one to learn basic dance vocabulary, fundamentals, and motor skills through the use of songs and games. Leotard and tights included in tuition.

Dress Code: leotard and tights (provided by Synergy), and ballet shoes to match tights, hair up and out of face 

Intro To Dance

Ages 4-5 yrs
This 45 minute class is a follow-up to Tiny Tots. In addition to introducing a more challenging syllabus, your little sprout will focus on three dance genres including ballet, jazz, and tap. Leotard and tights included in tuition.

Dress Code: leotard dress and tights (provided by Synergy), ballet shoes to match tights, black jazz shoes, and hair up and out of face 

Sprouts Combo

Ages 5-7 yrs
This 45 minute class is a follow-up to Intro to Dance. In this class dancers will split their focus into two styles of dance while introducing a more challenging syllabus. A perfect segway into our Academy program. Leotard and tights included in tuition.

Dress Code: 
Ballet/Jazz: pink ballet shoes and black jazz shoes
HipHop/Tap: black tap shoes, clean sneakers for class only (not to be worn outside)

The Academy
Levels 1-5 for ages 7 and up

​Our Academy Program (Ages 7 and up) gives dancers an opportunity to grow in several genres of dance in a positive and family friendly environment. Level placement is determined by our faculty and is done to ensure dancers are in the best environment to learn. Dancers ages 7 and under can view our "Sprout Program" above for class offerings.

Ballet

​Ballet fundamentals are found across multiple genres of dance. Dancers who train in ballet have the opportunity to improve not only in ballet but in other areas as well. Emphasis is placed on strength, discipline, and proper alignment. 1-3 classes per week recommended depending on level.

Dress Code: solid black leotard, pink or skin colored tights, ballet shoes to match tights. hip alignment belt strongly recommended for levels 3 and up, slip on skirt optional, hair in a slick neat bun 

Jazz

​Isolations, agility and energy are combined to learn traditional jazz technique. Dancers will experience an upbeat class that includes center work. progressions, and traveling skills.

Dress Code: black leotard, black tights OR black leggings, fitted spandex shorts to mid thigh also allowed, no booty shorts or baggy shorts without tights, black jazz shoes, hair in a slick neat ponytail or bun 

Modern

Traditional Modern technique focusing on elements of Graham and Horton techniques. Floorwork and weight transferring skills will be covered along with traveling skills across the floor.

Contemporary

Build and explore your artistic voice through improvisation and contemporary movement styles. Different from Modern technique, this class will challenge your creativity and ability to develop your own creative voice.

Hip Hop

This high energy class will challenge your stamina, dextarity and control. Proper hip hop technique based on isolations, grooves, and discipline. Dancers will learn short dances weekly that they will be expected to practice and improve for the following class.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothes you can move in (no midriffs, and baggy shirts should have proper undergarments), leggings or fitted shorts (no loose shorts or booty shorts), clean sneakers for class only (not to be worn outside), hair pulled up and out of face 

Tap

Foot dexterity, rhythm, and coordination skills are practiced in this uptempo class. Dancers will have a blast learning how to jive with the music while enjoying this energetic multi­sensory class.

Just Technique

The name says it all. Dancers will focus on proper technique to strengthen and improve tricks like jumps and turns. This class will target and correct technical faults and help dancers achieve tricks with proper alignment and coordination.

Tumbling

Run, flip, roll, and dive into some fun with Tumbling. Students will be challenged to build strength, coordination, power, and bravery as they progress from forward rolls to back flips. A plethora of mats and other inflatable teaching aids will help your child safely navigate new skills. 

​Dress Code: leotard, sports bras, fitted bottoms (leggings, mid thigh shorts, tights, etc),no booty shorts or baggy shorts without tights, bare feet, hair neatly pulled back and out of face 

Pointe

​Dancers Level 3 and up are eligible to take our Pre Pointe and Pointe classes with teacher approval. 
All level 3 dancers are eligible for pre-pointe. Pointe 4 and 5 classes are invitation only. Dancers will be notified by a faculty member once they are ready for pointe shoes. 

Dress Code: solid black leotard, pink or skin colored tights, ballet shoes/pointe shoes to match tights, hip alignment belt strongly recommended, Bullet Pointe skirt optional, hair in a slick neat bun
