She has over 35 years of experience in the health & fitness field. Kathy's aim is to help students develop a yoga practice that impacts their physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. Her ability to differentiate each class so beginners and experienced yogis feel welcomed is a hallmark of her teaching style.
