Synergy Dance Class Levels

Level placement is based on knowledge and consistent physical execution of skills. Dancers will be observed the first 2 weeks of class to ensure proper level placement. Synergy will initiate communication if a level change is necessary. We kindly ask that you respect our professional opinions and appreciate your attention to making sure each student develops at a safe and age appropriate speed. New students to our school are encouraged to set up a private evaluation or trial class with the office. Ages and years of experience are averages.

Tiny Tots 1 (Ages 3-4)
For the first time dancer looking to explore what dance is all about. 1-2 classes/week recommended.

Tiny Tots 2 (Ages 4-5)
For dancers who have taken Tiny Tots 1 OR are 5 years old. 1-2 classes/week recommended.

Level 1 (Ages 6+)
Beginning level dance classes focused on building a strong base of the fundamentals. 2-4 classes/week recommended.

Level 2
Advanced beginners who have taken 1-2 years of Level 1 or Pre Pro Beginners classes. 3-5 classes/week recommended.

Level 3
Intermediate dancers who have taken 4+ years of dance or Pre Pro Juniors classes. 4-6 classes/week recommended.

Level 4
Advanced intermediate dancers who have taken 5+ years of dance or Pre Pro Intermediate classes. 4+ classes/week recommended.

Level 5
Advanced dancers who have taken 7+ years of dance or Pre Pro Advanced classes. 5+ classes/week recommended.
