Hailey began her dance education at the age of three in the Chicago suburbs, and has been classically trained in styles including ballet, tap, jazz, contemporary, lyrical, and hip-hop. She performed and competed in these various areas until she graduated high school, then continued her dance career with Hip Hop Connxion. She has been a dancer with Hip Hop Connxion HQ since 2014, and is an active member today. She has served as captain and is currently a director of the main branch, as well as a choreographer. With HHC, she travels the country teaching on staff as part of the in-studio convention series, “The Connxion Experience,” and has been doing so since 2018.


Earning her Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from North Central College, Hailey promotes moving well to avoid injury and making dancers strong. Dancers are as much athletes as they are artists, so training as such is crucial!
